Meet Mandla Nkoana, an accomplished and passionate leader in the field of community development. Since 2006, Mandla has worked with Siyazisiza to foster growth in agriculture and craft industries, driving socio-economic and rural development. He is our Mpumalanga Provincial Manager (and is the interim CFN Manager).
Mandla’s impact extends beyond agriculture, as he also made significant contributions to craft enterprise development. For more than eight years, he served as the National Craft Development Manager for Siyazisiza Trust in both Mpumalanga and KZN provinces. His knowledge and commitment to excellence have earned him certification as a Farmer Assurer under the prestigious GlobalG.A.P Food safety standard.
Through his experience, Mandla has successfully connected with high-end markets in both the Agriculture and Craft sectors, proving his prowess in sales and marketing. His achievements have been built on a strong foundation of education, holding a National Diploma in Office Management and Technology from Tshwane University of Technology.
