Samantha Bailey leads fundraising and communications at Siyazisiza Trust, supporting donor relations, strategic partnerships, income generation, programme development and values-driven communications. Along with other managers, she also contributes to the leadership, strategic direction, collaborative problem-solving and overall effectiveness of Siyazisiza Trust. With almost 40 years of experience across community development, programme coordination, communications, facilitation, climate activism and rural development work, she is particularly interested in strengthening local food systems, agroecology and community-led development. Samantha values thoughtful collaboration, clear communication and practical problem-solving, and enjoys helping connect different parts of the organisation’s work together.
